The objective of this workshop is to provide an informal atmosphere for discussions of original research on signal processing techniques with underwater acoustic applications. The intent is to review theoretical and experimental research at an early stage of development. Particular areas of interest are:
Research on other topics of interest in Underwater Acoustic Signal Processing will also be considered. There will be a special session on signal processing for distributed systems.
Persons interested in presenting research results at the workshop should submit a one-page summary by July 16, 2007. Those interested in attending but not presenting should register by July 30, 2007. Facilities limit attendance to 50 persons. Preference will be given to those presenting research results.
No written workshop proceedings will be published; however, a booklet of abstracts will be distributed at the workshop.
